Sausage Wraps by Mom2two Not really a casserole but easy to make and very yummy.
Not sure where the recipe is so trying to think off the top of my head. It is similiar to the pampered chef crescent roll rings.
2 packages of crescent rolls pound of sausage 7 eggs shredded chedder cheese
Break up sausage in a pan. Cook and drain. In a bowl scramble the 7 eggs and add to the pan of sausage and cook until scrambled in the sausage. Fill crescent rolls with sausage/egg mixture top with chedder cheese. Fold crescent roll over to seal it in. Bake according to package directions.

Corn Tortilla Quiche by 4littlelambs 3/4 lb. bulk pork sausage (I use one roll Jimmy Dean) 2 corn tortillas (I use flour ones, whichever I have) 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (I use co-jack) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup can chopped green chilies 6 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup whipping cream (I use light too, whichever I have) 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (have never used this) 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley (never used)
Cook sausage til no longer pink and drain. Place tortillas in a greased pie plate, overlapping and extending 1/2 inch beyond rim. Place remaining tortilla in center. Layer sausage, monterey & cheddar cheeses and green chilies. Combine eggs, cream, cottage cheese and chili powder and pour over everything. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until center is set & puffed! Sprinkle with cilantro if desired!
Mmmmmm!!! I don't typically like sausage, but I like this recipe!!

Simple sausage quiche by 4littlelambs 1 roll of bulk sausage (I always use Jimmy Dean maple flavor) 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup milk 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese 1/8 teaspoon of oregano
Brown meat and set aside! Combine all other ingredients then add meat! Pour everything into pie plate and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes!
The recipe calls for using a shell with this but I never have... I like it without the shell! The kids LOVE this one hot OR cold!

Excellent & Easy French Toast Casserole by sara laughs 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread white (1 lb.) 6 eggs 2 c. milk Maple syrup
Use a 9x12 inch dish. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter and add 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon; make a paste and spread over bottom of dish.
Use only white Pepperidge Farm bread (this recipe will take a 1 lb. loaf). Remove crusts. Layer two slices of bread and fill in sides and ends with smaller pieces.
Beat 6 eggs and add 2 cups milk. Pour over top. Cover and refrigerate. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle maple syrup on top and run under broiler until brown and bubbly.
**** Sara's note: I didn't use syrup. It was sweet enough and really didn't need it. I also added a tsp. of vanilla to the egg and milk mixture.

Yakky's notes: oh and if you want just an 8x8 square pan do a half batch. the recipe is for a 9x13 pan.
and i also have cut the melted butter in half (for the topping)
OH, and i have a friend that uses this recipe and at 30 minutes she pulls it out and drizzles on carmel topping (the kind you put on your icecream) and then bakes it another 10 minutes. it's SO YUMMY this way too!

EASY Crescent Orange/Cinnamon Rolls by momspunkins These are SO EASY ladies....Take your tubes of crescent rolls you buy at the store. Unroll them carefully...pinch and press all the seams. You will have a rectangle. Spread some melted butter on it, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll up longways and slice. Spray a round cake pan, place rolls cut side down and bake for about 12-15 minutes at 375 or until brown. Once they are out of the oven drizzle them with the glaze.
Orange Glaze
confectioners sugar a tad of milk a tad of OJ
Mine was kind of runny but it worked fine....you can thicken it up by using more sugar...
If you want regular cinnamon roll glaze just leave out the OJ.
These were melt in your mouth GOOD and easy too.

Something yummy from MidwestMomma's days in the south No name. Just something a friend's mom used to make. Super easy. Super fast. And my kids actually eat it!
1 roll Jimmy Dean Sausage 2 cups Minute Rice 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 2 1/2 cans (use soup can) water Mozerella
In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain well. I actually pat it with a paper towel. Add the rice, soup and water. Mix well, cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Remove lid and simmer until most of moisture is gone. Add cheese to pull together. DONE!
It does call for onion and pepper, but I don't do that part!

Roscoe's Pancakes 1-1/2 cup AP flour 2 tsp Baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp sugar 1 egg 1 cup milk milk 3 tbsp melted butter
Mix all dry ingredients. Measure 1 cup of milk into a larger sized measuring cup, then add egg and mix together...Add to dry indredients and whisk til smooth. Add more milk until desired consistancy is reached (I find I need at least another cupful) Add melted butter, mix.
Fry in pan or on griddle until golden underneath, flip. Fry until golden....serve while hot.
Recipe doubles or triples easily! I've halved it before too quite successfully

Broccoli Hash Brown Quiche by StillJulie 3 cups hash browns, thawed 1.5 cups broccoli cuts, thawed 4 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup shredded Co-Jack cheese
Press the hash browns onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9" pie plate, forming a shell. Sprinkle with broccoli. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, and salt; stir in cheese. Pour over broccoli. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
I added a pound of diced ham. Also, I did it in a 9x13 pan, using more of everything. I didn't have hash browns, so I julienned real potatoes and prebaked them for 20 minutes before adding everything else.
