Okay, from the computer this is much easier than the tablet, lol Here is the site that I got the one recipe I like: www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal You would need to use almond or cashew milk for it to be THM acceptable. I like the apple cinnamon one.

This is the loaded cauliflower recipe I like.
I didn't make the overnight oats. completely forgot. I'm cooking my oats today going to add a splenda type brown sugar and some maple extract. I know the splenda isn't on plan, but I miss brown sugar maple oatmeal.
Not feeling very well today. Not sure what I'm going to do for lunch/dinner today.

I made the cry no more brownies from the cookbook yesterday and they were pretty good. I made the banana cake too but it didn't turn out too well, maybe because I used flax seed eggs instead of egg whites?? I'll try it with egg whites next time.

I sub half of the oatmeal that recipes calls for - I use ground golden flax seed. I like the texture much better. All oatmeal was gummy to me.
