I'm experiencing something I never have before. My weight has always waffled a bit from day to day but usually in pound increments or so. This week (t.o.m.) I have lost and gained 3 pounds from day to day. One day I'm down 3 and the next day I'm back up the same 3.... Repeat. It's the strangest thing.

I've been doing the same thing. 3 pounds up & 3 pounds down nearly every other day.

It's so frustrating, huh?? Sorry you're dealing with the same thing.

Yup, same thing here too. I blame sodium in a HUGE way!

Here too. Just when I think I will hit a new low, I wake up and there are those 2 lbs. AGAIN!

same here....same 2 lbs...up, down, up down.
i am finding when i limit carbs, that i can get it to go lower just a little bit.
not doing a zero carb diet......but the alloted calories from the american diabetic plan seems a bit high.
meanwhile...dh decides to loose weight - and 4 days later he has dropped 10 lbs.

It helps for me to limit carbs too. I've been trying to limit them to one meal a day. That helps considerably.
