I've been wanting to get back to running ever since I was knocked down by the flu at Christmas time and then it's been too cold to want to go back out and I'm not in love with the treadmills at the gym. Today I decided enough is enough and although I was incredibly slow and had lost tons of endurance, I managed to walk 1.85 miles with 3.25 miles of intervals. I am dead in my chair, but so glad I got moving. My fitbit vibrated for my 10,000 steps before I left the gym, so I will count today a major win! What have you all done today?
