My dh just had a meeting at the high school about our church plant meeting there. He got home and laid down a piece of paper with the mans info on it. He was telling me about it all and a few minutes later I walked by the paper and stopped. The man is the dad of my ds1s best buddy at school. Who knew?
I forget we live in a small town. Lol

we have stuff like that all the time here. Small towns are good (and bad) like that. Everybody is always connected to someone else.

I've got you beat. When I was 14 we moved to a new town. We had a PO box for our mail. About 4 days after we moved to town I went to go check the mail. Well, I slipped on the wet floor of the post office. I caught myself but it was quite entertaining. As I walked around the corner I heard someone say, "Wasn't that the new pastor's daughter?"
Keep in mind, we hadn't had a service yet and I had never seen those people before.
