I'm attempting to make a chicken pot pie for the first time in my life. Combining ideas from a couple different recipes - and making a little up as I go along. Hopefully it will be good.  But at least if it doesn't work we've got plenty of leftovers to substitute with.  |

 Success!! Even my DH (who dislikes vegetables of any sort) liked it fine (after some doubts that he would ) And DS (who thinks he doesn't like potatos) ate it ok too (even if it wasn't his favorite) I thought it was delicious!  |
