What are you doing to get your steps in on your Fitbit? Do you walk a treadmill? Hit the pavement for a walk. Or do you accumulate steps during your day? Maybe something else?
I do a combination (most days) I like to hit the pavement or the indoor walking track near my house and my accumulative steps during my day.
I want to increase my steps. I'd like to hit at least 12,000 a day for the remainder of January.
What are you goals?

A few days per week I get some with the elliptical. Other days I'll just walk around the house while I watch a tv show or read a book. I usually need to do one of those two things to get over 10,000 (or have a big city day where I'm walking all over the place running errands).
I don't make any hard and fast goals b/c my life tends to be so unpredictable.

I'd like to hit at least 12,000 a day for the remainder of January. What are you goals? I'm pretty much the same. I normally take a lot of outdoor walks - with my husband most of the time anymore. Plus, I'll get steps throughout the day, as well. I've got to remember to put it on earlier though b/c, between not getting it on, and my injuries, my numbers are ridiculous. lol And, today, out of nowhere, my achilles tendon was hurting more again. I have no idea what that is about. I haven't overworked it at all lately. Back when I used to be able to do more, I usually would shoot for at least 15,000 steps a day. The good old days, .

I usually just walk around the house (especially now that it is cold & I'm not feeding for dh anymore). Sometimes I do Zumba or just dance around with the kids to get some steps.

I walk while watching tv or I'll take a walk around the block during my lunch. I need to hit 5k again regularly
