I make it weak… BUT… I add sugar AND honey… So any health benefits I am getting from the tea are accompanied by taking in too much sugar.
I read that drinking hot lemon water is good for metabolism, digestion, Vit C, etc.
SO I just started doing that today. I will have my cup of tea in the morning…and maybe another in the afternoon, but I will make my lemon water with a little bit of honey in place of the few cups of tea I drink through the morning. I am trying to increase my water intake, and it's not so much that I don't like water… I just prefer hot drinks….. So this MAY work for me...
Giving it a try.
Does anyone else drink hot lemon water?

I drink hot lemon water in spells. I drink hot tea a little more often. I only add honey if I have a sore throat. I'll either use honey or Stevia to sweeten it.

I'm a big Stevia fan. Sugar is not my friend in any way, shape or form. I've heard that lemon water is very cleansing.

I wish I could use Stevia. That , Splenda, and other sweeteners give me belly pain…

I wish I could do away with all sweeteners. I love chai tea, but by the time I soup it up with sweetener, creamer and milk, it's quite a concoction.

I like cold lemon water but not hot. I drink a moderate amount of iced tea ... always with fresh lemon, or I'll put lemon juice in there.
