Really weird for me! I've been stiff and very achy for most of this week already. I don't really feel bad but I am really sore. My neck, fingers and feet are the worst. I have a headache too. :thud:
Is Advil or Tylenol better for inflammation & pain?

I just took some Advil, hopefully it will help. This stuff is the pits!

Yes, it is Advil. Tylenol just deals with pain. Advil is an antinflammatory as well.

Advil for inflammation. Just make sure you have food in your belly before taking!

I think it did help. I felt pretty good when I woke up this morning but it is all back now so I guess I need to take another dose. It is so weird.

Pretty much the same. wake up feeling pretty good. Stiff & achy by the end of the day.

The "achy" stuff has become a really familiar pain within the last couple of hours - pretty sure it is the indication of a kidney stone. Prayers that I can get it passed quickly. If the back pain I've this week is all kidney stone related it has already hung around for awhile.
Not sure what the rest of the stiffness is but at least one mystery might be solved.
