Started a diet on January 1. Ten days in, and I'm still doing pretty well at it.
I'm tracking my calories/fitness on My Fitness Pal. So far I've shed about five pounds. I know it comes off easily at first; my goal is 1-2 pound per week. I expect that rate to slow down soon.
My goal is to lose 25 pounds. Thirty would be awesome.
