Are you in a fitness rut? Is it holding you back from getting your activity in? I tried a new class today and recruited a friend to join me. The more things you try, the more apt you are to find your next favorite! I have such a wide array of fitness interests now, I feel like I must have ADHD...I go from one thing to another to another and have spent a small fortune on various equipment for all the different things I like to do. Not that that is a bad thing...I'm ready for just about anything!
