Thanks for liking my page, Debbie! If you are interested, subscribe to my blog. I'm driven by my progress to share tips and suggestions with others. After losing 83 pounds, I am taking steps (like the blog) to insure that I stay on the right path and never go back to my unhealthy, unhappy ways! paliz, can I ask where you live? I want you to find that person you need. We all need one!!! My best suggestion is observe others around you and if you notice someone who walks or has a steady workout routine, put yourself out there and ask if you can join them. I know it is a hard thing to do, but you will be so thankful once you've found that person and they are helping motivate you. The coolest thing that happened once I asked a few friends to walk or be active...they started calling me and I couldn't say no, so I got a lot of activity in!
