I grabbed a couple of new Leslie Sansone walk DVD's while at the library today. I'm in no mood to jump around and it's too cold to walk outside.

45 minutes elliptical
DH may have persuaded me to see about a consultation appointment for my knees. It would be nice if I could do the stepper again, though right now I'd take just being able to consistently walk without pain.

1 hour strength training session with my personal trainer rendered me a puddle of jello! I went home and took it easy because I was scheduled with a friend to attend an afternoon 1 hour water aerobics class. I think I'm gonna feel that tomorrow!
