Now, keep in mind that this is all relative... and that people here don't own closed-toe shoes, coats, hats, mittens, scarves, etc... lucky if you own a sweater...
We are only in the 30's today.
She was in sweat pants and a t-shirt with a light jacket... and flip-flops... (LOL)

DH mowed right before Christmas. Though it was 38 degrees…definitely above freezing!

Mowing while wearing flip-flops doesn't sound like a smart idea, anyway, much less when it's that cold out.

Our winter is definitely considered to be mild but our yard stops growing by about October but our pastures usually (and thankfully) continue to grow at least a little bit through about early November and then pick back up by early March. |
