I took a step on the treadmill this morning, and I felt it turn weird. Now it really hurts. Ugh. Do I heat it? Or ice it? Or ignore it?
I still have 33 days to go before my race, and I'm not ready

I agree with ice. How swollen is it? Do you think you need to see a doctor?

i say ice too. also, if you have a stretchy band. you can lay on the bed, prop your knee up some, and place the band on your ankle...then gently pull up on the band, and it will bring your leg in (and bend the knee) a very gentle way to stretch the knee back into mobility/motion range. do this very slowly, hold, then release and ice more

Thanks, all! wasn't It felt fine this morning so I went back to the gym. It hurt, but it unbearable. I'm doing this 40-day challenge, but I think I'm going to take tomorrow off. I just don't want to take any chances with it.
