I started a new program with fitness blender and today was the fitness test. Let's just say there is plenty of room for improvement. Hey we all have to start somewhere right? I also took my measurements and am still debating about taking my "before pictures". Since I did have to buy the program for their sakes I will probably just say what day I'm on and if I walked on the treadmill or not for my future daily posts.
