We've been really warm up until last week. We had 2 mornings with frost, other than that , pretty nice!
Today is bright and sunny, blue skies, and WIND!!!!!!

We've been in the low 30s at night but near 70 during the day. Supposed to cool down into the low 60s over this next week. I have most of my windows open all afternoon and then close them after dark. Our heat is only coming on in the morning long enough to warm the house up. As much as I am enjoying this, I'm ready for it to be a little more fall like. It makes it easier to want to work in inside rather than outside projects that way!  |

Ah, fall in Minnesota. 70 one day and 30 the next and then bouncing in between. It's a state of extremes; moderation isn't it's strong suit.

It's been a fairly mild (and beautiful) fall here. Unseasonably sunny too. I've been hanging my laundry out to dry most days. I had to mow the lawn last week. The temps have been dropping though, so I think that'll be the last time I'll need to do that this year.

It has dropped to the high 50s during the day now. Little warmer at night too - hasn't been frosty in the last couple of days. And we've had rain! Now that is more like fall! |
