My assistant left today for a new job. Our office "therapy-fish" died. So sad! I replaced him last night.
He is blue and red and has billowy fins, where the old one was sleek, thin, white with a tiny bit of red, and no fantail.
Most kids did not notice.
Of course, 2 students who have severe autism picked up on it immediately. The difference is night and day... but these 2 are so observant, I am quite positive even if we got a look-alike fish, they would be able to tell from a mile away! These 2 may have challenges, but they are sharp!!!! Love them!!
