On the phone with Frontier 35 min and counting .
Wanted to upgrade my internet speed, so I called 3 weeks ago. Got a runaround from a rep, and signed into a 3 year contract for I-don't-know-what… was on the phone for 77 minutes that time… never got a date for the repair guy to come out to do this ,,,, they said "next week" , never got a call, so I called them last week ( another 30 min) and they said Dec 3rd.
So here it is Dec 3rd.. no call.. just called them and they said that no one put an order in.
Now this guy gave me a new price( $10 more than what was quoted to me 3 weeks ago, but $5 LESS than I am paying NOW)…. said it would not affect my phone bill at all…and NO ONE has to come out.
Really?
Is Frontier not really a phone co and really just someone's idea of a practical joke???
So we will see if my speed seems better on the 9th.
