I would've made another 3 jars but I ran out of pectin so I just made some raspberry sauce instead. My neighbour had invited me to come pick some of her raspberries so that was a treat and I love raspberry jam. I'll probably make some banana pancakes tomorrow and top them with raspberry sauce!

Anyone else making yummy treats with berries this summer?

Yum! I did raspberry last week! The raspberry was with my own berries. Tomorrow I'm doing strawberry but I bought those berries. We had lots of strawberries but I love eating them too much to save any for jam! Most of my berries are done now though. I'll do one more run through my patches, but there should only be a handful left.

Yum! How did your strawberry jam turn out?
I'd like to make some too. I need to go buy some more Pamona's pectin first though!
