Hey friends!!!
So, I'm just over 7 weeks post op. I'm driving now! I wear my brace part time; always when I go out and about. I'm without crutches for the most part... 80% probably. As far as range of motion I'm a really solid 110°-120° (pushed). I'm still doing PT 2 times a week. They've started adding weight resistance and increasing the difficulty of the exercises so I like that.
A couple prayer needs include continued strength for the leg. The muscles really attrophied. I've also applied for some financial assistance from the hospital. We owe a big chunk from the surgery and physical therapy is not cheap!!! Eek! Lastly, I have super scarring talents and a couple of my scars have adheared under the skin so they don't move well. We are massaging and using all kinds of interesting devices to break that scar tissue down that's under the skin.
Super lastly.... I have finished my schooling. This week I took my last final. I will walk at commencement this June and make it official. My bachelor's is done, thank you Jesus!!!!!!

I will add your knee to my prayer list and also the financial assistance. We had thousands of dollars we owed and I applied, and the hospital gave us WAY more help than I ever expected. It was a huge blessing. I will pray that God will knock your socks off!
