I'm working on my house, and it is now Thursday. I have done the linen closet, cleaned out all the bathroom cabinets, and am working on dh and my bedroom. I cleaned out every singe drawer, and this morning I dragged everything out of the closets and vacuumed them and reorganized what was stored in them. I still have about 1/2 the bedroom work to do - vacuum and wipe the baseboards, clean the light fixture and then go through my yarn basket/bookcase and under the bed and clean under there.
I wanted to also get the family room done.
This is taking FOREVER!!!! I wanted to be done in 2 weeks, but I'm wondering if that is even possible. I still need to do the kitchen, my office, the laundry room, and the biggest disasters of all - the boys' bedroom/playroom (which sounds weird when you have a 19 and 16 year old!). I HAVE to be done by the first week of August. Obviously, I'm going to have to extend my work into the evenings. Maybe the menfolk will just need to fend for themselves for dinner! :\
I haven't even done anything like paint or anything like that! Sigh. Did I mention how much I dislike cleaning? It's a good thing I have some good books on tape handy!!!
