Will it really challenge me? Will I really find that all the features are beneficial to tracking my activity, etc.
Do I need one? Should I have one??? I am so unmotivated and discouraged. Yet I have about 50 lbs or more to lose. I feel crummy… I know it is from the weight gain.
If you have one, tell me your experience .
Thanks!

dh has one - wears it all the time except when charging, and he swears by it.
He added several friends, so is in daily competition for steps
But he tracks heart rate, food, exercise, etc
I bought the ultra, it doesn't have as many features as the one dh has - and I wear it often. I usually put it on right before I go walking, to see how far I go.
It does help if you have a 10,000 daily step goal.
For weight loss, I would try for 10,000 steps in normal life, and still 30 min of high aerobic...or more steps.
I have about 40 more to loose, and it is always a daily struggle just to not gain....let alone loose
