He spiked a fever which in a cancer patient isn't ever a good thing. Turns out he has pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. Fortunately, they are small. He was admitted so they can give him IV blood thinners to get them dissolved. Thanks for any prayers!

thanks, lovely! I appreciate the prayers. I am headed up to see him soon. Also, pray for my mom. She didnt' sleep at all last night at the hospital. She'll be 80 in January, and she is just really weary, but doesn't want to accept help much.
