I was in the car for about 8 hours on Mother's day.....but got home early enough to go for a walk.
Dh and I did 8.3 miles. (according to my fitbit, about 3 hours)
I lost 50 lbs over the past 3 yrs...but have gained about 8 back.
I haven't been following through on exercise, but walking a few times a week.
Was able to handle the 8 miles no problem.
But I need to do more to get the 8 lbs to go away.....and try for another 10 to loose.
Maybe with the heat I won't fell like eating ?
(or glad that candy hearts and peep season is over)

You've accomplished the 50 lbs, so you can do it!!!! That is a major accomplishment! Some came back, I think that's normal… but you can lose some more… Are you able to walk early in the AM if your schedule allows it? Or late in the afternoon? ( not in the heat of the day?) I know in the summer I eat fresher , lighter foods… more fruits and veggies and less heavy comfort foods. You can do it!!!!
