School vacation this week. No plans... just catching up on stuff around the house. I was in such a foul mood Saturday looking at everyones Facebook travel photos. I have adjusted my attitude since....
We may try to do a little day trip somewhere. The weather is supposed to be fantastic and spring like .
Are you on spring break? What are your plans?

I was kinda like you a few weeks ago.....dh and ds went on a sailing trip in the FL keys......for a week.
and I stayed home with chores, dishes, dogs, and stuff.
I decided to not do chores and work on my hobby......which I got lots done,....but now am regretting it - Easter is coming up and I would like the house to be nice so I can have a meal.

We were on spring break last week. School starts again today. We had hoped to go the ocean with my inlaws. They have a time-share about a 5 hour drive from here. The timing didn't work though and they went a couple weeks before spring break. That was disappointing but oh well. We ended up just doing stuff around here. We went swimming once (actually the week before during the half days of conference week.) We went to the trampoline park one day. The kids spent the night with my parents one night and then we picked them up and spent some time playing cards with my parents before going home. We had a family from our church over for dinner and games one days. All in all, a good spring break.  |

I'm not sure when we are taking spring break yet. I feel like we slacked on school so much over the winter with sickness and stuff that I'm not sure if we should break now. I"m finally done getting driving time in with my teenage so hopefully we will get back into the normal swing of school and then they will get to play in the afternoons. We wouldn't be going anywhere anyways. I normally take spring break to clean things out so I will just have to break that up into smaller chunks of time.

Our spring break started today. I have some things I need to get done like getting Brody's temps and getting his suit for prom. The last 2 weeks have been SO busy that now I am playing a bit of catch up!
I did get quite a bit done today, so really anything else I get done this week (besides the above things) will be gravy. I'll see how motivated I am! lol
