Bought our first one the other evening! Well, I do have a smaller 32" one that my mom got me for Chrystmas (for my sewing room) last year. She also bought DS one a couple of years ago for his bedroom (he "games" with it).
Anyway, for DH & me, this is a first. We've been wanting one for a long time but wouldn't spend the $. It's 60" & going in our living room, & it replaces the TV that I think came from somebody's yard sale! Lol. When our former TV crapped put, we put the one that is currently in there (DS bought it at a yard sale for $25, I recall ... Prob 4 years ago). Now with that one, the volume control is broken.
So .... Thanks to Sam's sale ..... Vizio, here we come. $738. I've been watching for a sake. Thought that was a great price. Would have liked to have gotten one after Thanksgiving but couldn't do it .... That was the week that mom died. Shopping was not on my radar.
So do you have one of these fancies?

Oh wow ... Amazon Prime, I didn't even think of that. We just renewed our tv service with ATT in Dec. They were VERY HAPPY to have us continue with them & didn't give me a hard time when I asked them to put me into another package.
So .... as we get our tv's switched out ..... my craft room tv is a smart tv (flat), and now this new tv is also smart. How will Amazon Prime work with that? I know that AP is really a good thing to have. Will need to look into this.
