So my friend who has the antibody rejection got good news today. She went for a bronchoscope (first one, they couldn't get any biopsies due to how inflamed her lungs were). She only has to do the one chemo treatment on Thursday (she's had 8 treatments in 20 days which is taking a major toll on her physically). That was to bring her immune system to zero. She can quit her 3x/day antibiotic IVs (with a 1 year old, that was a major challenge!). And she doesn't have to do this other therapy which would have necessitated her staying in the hospital out of town for about a week.
Overall, things are looking up for her. However, antibody rejection can cause chronic rejection, so please continue to pray that she has healing and this won't be the case! Thanks!!!!

That's good to hear! Continuing to pray that there will be no chronic rejection.
