I just replaced my crock pot with a Farberware pressure cooker. It looked pretty versatile, steaming, slow cooking and pressure cooking.
I just opened the directions ( after slicing my finger on the cardboard box =OUCH) and it looks complex.
Tell me about yours…what do you do with it?

I'm off to church right now but wanted to say I love my Instant Pot!!! (I now have 2)
Eggs are amazing to me in it.
Beef with broccoli.
Cooking frozen meat.
Bone broth takes little time compared to me cooking in my crockpot for 2 days.
I'm looking forward to attempting yogurt this week.

Dh had me buy the bigger 8 qt one since I make big batches of chicken soup and pasta sauce then freeze. It really is a dream. No more simmering for hours and hours.
