to work today, and the buyer was there in the garage with a prospective tenant. He asked the current tenant to let him in ( with no notice ( he is from out of state). He never asked us or the lawyer. He told the tenant that he'd be back with the inspector again later today 
( he already had the inspection) and he was angry that all the stuff isn't out yet…….. The closing is tentatively set for the 30th. FURIOUS.
