Needing lots of prayers for the sale of this house!
We were working all weekend on it , got a UHAUL and a storage unit. Me , DH and the kids worked all day Sunday loading boxes and furniture in the pouring rain, and unloading in the freezing wind… So sore today.
I had to lower the price for asbestos removal, but whatever!
Just want it to be OVER!
Lawyer will contact his lawyer to accept his offer.
Please pray that all goes well. Thank you so much!
What a crazy holiday season. I need to shop, bake and wrap…. Plus school goes all the way to Friday this week, and Christmas Eve is Saturday!

Yes.. school goes all the way until the 23rd. We are totally swamped with this house. I am off today though and I will catch up on some last minute things…
Looking at closing the last week of December!
Then BRING ON 2017!!!( with any luck I will be responsible for one less piece of property!)

DH will take off Wed and Fri to do more clean out.
Ds1 has 1/2 day Friday, and I an contemplating letting him skip the 1/2 day . DS2 has no tutoring, so the 3 of them can do a lot.
I am working, and doing Christmas prep and baking. I will go up day after Christmas and clean. Need to borrow a big shop vac.
Thanks for the prayers. We just signed an updated contract today.
