I think I'm going to do the 3-month trial membership to the THM website. www.trimhealthymembership.com/welcome/?r=201It's only on sale through the end of this month. I'm down five pounds since Monday. Completely on plan. Five more pounds get me to the normal BMI range. Ten more after that I could be very happy with. Five more after that would put me at my low when I lost a lot of weight after I weaned child #6, but DH said that was too thin.

I saw that too. Maybe I should do that instead.

That's weird. I was just coming on to see if you tried it and how successful you were making a menu.
Those that are attempting THM - are you just preparing meals for you or the whole family? Anyone else close to you on plan (or attempting - which I feel I'm always attempting but not always successful. Grrrr! )

I got signed for it now. Not sure what the glitch was the other day... I have not made a menu on it yet.
I prepare one meal per day for the whole family. For breakfast, I usually have a triple zero oikos drink yogurt if I'm in a hurry (not really enough by their standards, but it's what I do). Otherwise I'll make a bowl of oatmeal (I just use regular old fashioned oats and pour boiling water on top). Then I stir in some blueberries (or other berries). Sometimes I'll eat an apple dipped into the salted caramel flavor of the triple zero yogurt. Anyhow, my breakfast is usually an E.
Lunch is usually an S with the whole family. I just adapt my portion (no bun with the burger, green fries instead of potato chips, taco meat over lettuce instead of a tortilla, spaghetti squash instead of noodles, riced cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes, that sort of thing).
I rotate among singing canary, shrinker, and moonshine for a morning sipper (usually finish it off at lunch).
Late afternoon I make another drink from the cookbook - big boy smoothie, orange creamsicle, key lime something, thin mint shake, salted caramel frappe, etc. I try to always get a full scoop of collagen in there each day. Depending on whether I go S, E, or FP will determine what else I eat. Sometimes string cheese or cheese curds, sometimes salami, nuts, Cajun turkey deli meat if I went E... Sometimes egg, pepper, mushroom, bacon omelet if I went S. Those are really the main three times I eat in a day. Depending on how early I make my smoothie, I may get one more meal or snack in. It just depends.
My pastor's wife is also doing THM, so she helps encourage me. She seems to be very successful with it - probably more diligent than me.
Weekends seem to be what derails me.

I bought the 3 month membership. Yesterday I had almost an entire weeks menu planned when the site locked up on me and I couldn't save my work! Save early/save often! Now I'm trying to re-do it.
I was on plan all day yesterday. Made the lazy lasagna for dinner. Everyone loved it. I served mine with the shirataki noodles and everyone else had gf pasta. I have enough for a 2nd dinner for everyone or I maybe I should put in lunch size containers and freeze for my lunches.
