What do you serve for thanksgiving ?
My family has gotten into the rut of making EVERYTHING......so much, that it is very expensive, and then lots of left overs, and no one wants to cut something out
but we just have to.
I have 6 women to share the load as far as bringing something.....so I want to split it up.
so - what is on your must have list

I've barely thought about it, but things that always make an appearance are:
Ham (haha--we're not a turkey-loving family.) Baked macaroni and cheese. Sauteed green beans, or green bean casserole. rolls
Pumpkin pie Pecan pie
That's as far as I've gotten this year.

Cranberries!! Who's gonna bring the cranberries! ::wheat-smiley:: Nobody has mentioned that yet.
We'll be with my husband's family this year @ the lake house since my sister still isn't talking to me. About 5 hours from us. I'm excited! I'll take a sewing project and my little sewing machine. On the drive out we'll stop for lunch @ this delicious mexican restaurant. There's a cross stitch shop next door! Yay for me!
It'll be all of them (one of his brothers & family) + us ... minus our newly married daughter. She's spending Thanksgiving with her husband's family. We're ok with it.
I'm not sure what I"m having to bring yet .... probably lots of food for day after to help out with the meals.

This year I get to have it at my house...
Spatchcocked turkey Stuffin muffins Gfree stuffing Rolls Corn Cranberry jello salad Mashed potatoes Cole slaw
Chocolate pie Pumpkin pie Cheesecake (gfree!)
Noticeably absent is the nasty green bean casserole. Lol! I've never been a fan and have been assigned it many years in a row.
