For just eating, I like honey crisp.
For pies or sauce, I like Macintosh.

I only know a few kinds. Red and green. haha!! Just kidding, but apple varieties are minimal here. The most I've ever seen are golden delicious, granny smith, gala, fuji, and pink ladies. I've never heard of anything else. If I have to eat an apple, I want a gala or fuji.

Well, I don't think I've ever eaten a Honey Crisp apple, but apparently I need to.  My faves are fuji and gala. Yummy. |
