We are picture-takers in our family. I was looking @ old photos tonight, looking for some caribbean stuff (we re-did the living room & want to have some of our photos printed for larger frames on the wall). At the end of 2014, about the time that I got my mom's computer (after she passed away) .... I'd uploaded photos. Earlier ... I was looking .... forgot that I was going to happen upon the photos of her funeral service. It was very pleasant looking at the photos from when she was in the hospital & rehab center. But the photos from her funeral .... mostly of our family (& extended family) ... some of mom in the casket. Just heartbreaking. I don't regret taking them. It's good to grieve. She would love knowing that she is remembered with love.

That's hard. I was cleaning off my desk and found some pictures of my brother with my boys when they were little. It's good to remember, but it's often bittersweet. ((hugs)))
