and walking and walking and walking. It helped that I had to follow boys around camp for a week. But i did 62 miles in 6 days. whew. With hills. And I lost 3 lbs. (mostly because I refused to eat the yellow carb camp meals....yuck). I was the slow grandma walker......the other lady was older and zipped around like a rabbit.... But....I just kept walking, and walking and walking. (new fit bit helped )

Great job Lucy! Aren't you amazed at how different biking and walking are? I bet biking those miles wouldn't have been so bad for you since that is how you normally exercise. What's your Fitbit name? There's quite a few of us friends on Fitbit

I don't have a fitbit name yet - that I know of.
Of course, home from camp....1,500 feet the next day ha ha
