So I've fallen off the wagon, gotten of track and everything else for way too many times. I've decided to make a 1 week goal/commitment and see how I do with that. It's going to be very specific and hopefully just what I need to get moving I the right direction
1. Drink 1 singing canary shot (THM recipe) every day 2. Drink 4 cups of water (yes, I know that's low but I've got to start somewhere) 3. Eat a healthy breakfast everyday 4. Record all that I eat each day (the good, the bad, and the ugly) 5. Exercise at least 3 times 6. No more than 3 sodas of any kind
there they are, my 6 goals for one week. AND I'm not going to worry about the scale once.

Good for you for setting some short term goals. I've been thinking I need to do the same thing. Hope you have a successful week!

You can do it!!
I just upped my water consumption to 126 oz a day (on my 3rd day of that) and the morning after the 1st day (of extra water) I had dropped 4 pounds!!! It was still gone today too!

Eat a healthy breakfast everyday-sorta check, I at least set breakfast, but probably shouldn't have had 2 cinnamon rolls with my eggs and sausage 4. Record all that I eat each day- check and it was horrible 5. Exercise at least 3 times- didn't yesterday but still have 6 days to get in 3 times 6. No more than 3 sodas of any kind- had one that only leaves 2 more
Number 4 really is a hard one for me, I record what I eat and then when I see the numbers tip the wrong way I get depressed and want to eat more, anyone else have that probelm?

I did get on the scale just to see where I am. I was disgusted, I've got to get the eating under control.

Recording what I eat was a biggie for me too. I've been doing it for about a month now. In the beginning, if I had a bad day I felt like what difference does it make but now I've realized that on bad days if I know it is bad I can always do a little extra walking or something to offset it and I usually recover "mentally" from the what difference does it make attitude.

No more than 3 sodas of any kind- 3/3
I stepped on the scale yesterday morning (I've notice clothes aren't fitting so well) and it was disgraceful. I clearly need to make changes.
