I've been exercising pretty well - at least this week. I've been doing a 10 minute circuit weight training thing (doesn't sound like a lot but it is VERY concentrated and you do it 6 days a week), plus about 20-25 minutes of yoga, and also 30 minutes of walking. I try to get it done in the morning that way it gets done.
I'm usually pretty good about breakfast, but my will power sort of peters out as the day wears on. I didn't have any sweets today, so that is a plus right? I'm so tempted to do some shake diet thing, but I know that won't last and then it will all come back and then some. I'm hoping to lose about 10 lbs this month. We'll see how it goes. It seems every year it's harder to see results. I'm trying to focus on health rather than weight. We'll see how that goes.
