And I am LOVING it!! :cloud9 and the rest of them:
He goes back Jan 2, and I'm already getting weepy.
I NEVER, NEVER see this much of him so I'm indulging in every minute of it!!!

DH took off Dec. 24 and 26th so we had 5 days with him. Two Christmases, car shopping, and a sick kid totally made it feel like less than that though. It is nice when they take the time off.

I'm lucky that hubby is a teacher which means I get a big break at Christmas with him (oh, yeah... and the kids). lol
I'm never ready for school to start in January.

Mine was home from the 21st to the 26th, then worked 26th & 27th and then off again for another 3 days. He goes back to work tomorrow and then gets another day off (and then back for another day then another one off). I'm in Heaven!

I'll just be jealous. DH hasn't had a day off.
BUT... we are going on a work/anniversary trip in February. Only one of the three days will be work.

I remember when DH worked 14-hour days that he would have Christmas Eve through New Year's Day off. That was so nice! Now we see him all the time, of course. He works as a tax preparer during tax season and often is scheduled to work from open to close, which is sometimes 13 hours. We're back to not seeing much of him, especially during peak times in February and April.
