I'm not waiting until Thursday to start my "resolution," I'm starting it today. My goal is to walk 5 times a week and use my You on a diet workout video 3 times a week. The workout portion is for January. I hope to progress to hard exercises as time goes on.
Ultimately I'd like to see my goal weight or size by my birthday in late June. I'm looking to lose either 30-40 pounds or 3-4 dress sizes, which ever my body chooses to do.
