Okay he's my plan for the week some type of cardio 5x try the t-tapp eating plan which is eating God made food 2 days in a row and then having a "cheat" or man made food 1 day and continuing the pattern im giving t-tapp a solid try this week. I'm doing the flats video from the book and trying to learn the basic workout. I am already thinking I was seeing more results using you in a diet 3 times a week s that makes me sorta undecided about things but I'll see
what are your plans for this?

I missed exercise yesterday because I had something else I had to do.
But my plan is to exercise at least Tuesday (done!), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this week.
Next week...that will get interesting since we are going to be in and out of town over the week!
