after being sick again!
Yesterday I did my indoor exercise routine - starting at an easy pace again. Today I went for a 1 hour walk (about 3-ish miles).

I've been all over the place this week. Its been "that" week so my eating has been beyond horrible even though exercise has been pretty good.

I've been doing really good with exercise although my dh thinks I need to do more. Food is horrible though. I want to do THM but work throws a monkey wrench into that every time, and my family does too. I may try mixing it with t-tapp's eating plan. I just don't know to do, I like food.

Talk about falling off track......I have been the same way - have a few weeks, even a month of great exercise, then get sick.......then having 2 months of inactivity.....get back on again, only to get sick again.
I have been to the dr more in the past 1-1/2 yrs then I did in 30 yrs. I used to give birth and keep going. But not this year.
I have started walking again......i let dh walk about 5 or 6 miles, then I meet him for his cool down...and I walk a mile or 2
