Yeah I have 5 days of exercising in!!!! And let me just say I feel it yesterdays eating was was back where I wanted it to be. I'm shooting for 2-3 meals/snacks that are THM approved and allowing grace for the rest of the day so long as I don't go overboard

I did 10 miles.....on exercise bike...tried to ride fast tho....(fast for me is most people's slow ha ha)
