Fitness blender day 3 of their low impact program
as far as THM is going I'm doing great with breakfast, lunch and snack. It's supper and evening snack I'm struggling with especially nights I work. Still I'm tracking things with my fitness pal and it says I'm doing fine. I figure between the 2 plus exercise I should see some weight loss this month. Or at least inches loss.

25 miles on the exercise bike....plus some arm weights
