My eating was pretty good today. Breakfast: Smoothie - spinache/berries/green banana/protein powder/tumeric powder/almond butter/almond milk Lunch: Tuna/broccoli soup (have to admit I'm done with this; it tasted great the first two days but by today I was SO tired of it!!!) Dinner: Ham/mashed potatoes/1/2 cup low carb ice cream (I have to stay under 15 g and this did and was SO yummy!!!!) I only did about 10 minutes of yoga and didn't get my walk in - unless you count my sprint through the grocery store this afternoon! I totally forgot my supplements today, but I do think I got enough water in!! I'm going to weigh myself before my shower - hopefully, I've lost something! One huge difference I've noticed is my sinuses/headaches are gone. So yeah!!!

Sinus problems are always a pain. Breathing is so important !
How many calories are you eating a day? I don't count calories, I count carbs.
Good luck on seeing the scale move. That is always the hardest for me....to know I am eating right and have the scale not budge. Then finally, it will happen. It's a matter of fact. Eat less, move more....weight will come off.
I am a few lbs up from the goal I had for this time.....but still 50 lbs less then I was 2 years ago, so I am not going to complain...but i will make sure i don't budge up another few lbs.

The grain detox is absolutely no grains of any kind; keep net carbs (carbs - fiber=net carbs) to 15 and limit sugar of any kind. I am not really eating a ton and I'm also eating a lot of veggies. It's just frustrating. I was so tempted to go get a cheeseburger for lunch, but I held out!

Sorry, I got off track because of several parties but I am back at it tomorrow. I can certainly tell the difference when I eat grains. I could barely move this morning, my muscles hurt so badly. (and it certainly was not from working out! lol)
