I felt fine yesterday. Today - not so much. Obviously, my stomach is getting used to this new way of eating! Yikes!!! I keep telling myself I'll feel SO much better in a few days. Breakfast: 2 grain-free muffins/coffee Lunch: Broccoli soup Dinner: 2 chicken legs/green beans& carrots/homemade applesauce Snacks: handful of dark chocolate chips/5 potato chips Did Yoga today but no dog walk. I feel lousy enough today that I think I'll not hop on the treadmill. Drank water and took my supplements. My biggest complaint at the moment is my stomach. It feels a bit tetchy, but that's not a huge surprise. Here's to better days ahead! I think I might drink some ginger tea.

I hope you do feel better in a few days. Well, at least I don't feel pukey today. That is an improvement. I am very tired, however!
