I've just finished making winter wonderland bars and peanut butter cup fudge.  Will make short bread cookies tomorrow or Tuesday... Anyone else baking today? If so, what?  |

Not here. I have Christmas presents to sort in the morning. My sister n co are up tomorrow to exchange gifts and a meal.

Taking today off. We did chocolate chip and sugar cookies on Friday & Saturday. My 8 year old has requested peanut blossoms (pb cookies with a hershey kiss), so we'll do those tomorrow.

I'm intrigued by the winter wonderland bars. What are they? I baked spumoni cookies, molasses crinkles and snickerdoodles yesterday. I'm done with Christmas baking for the year. We're going to have Christmas cookies for dessert. I saved some of the sugar cookie cut-outs from last week and put them in the freezer. Who needs pie when we have all these cookies? |

Baking yes, but not for Christmas. Just regular bread today. But doing that today will free me up to begin Christmas baking tomorrow. |
