last year i rode the exercise bike quite a bit...then stopped over the holidays...
about 9 months go by, and i have gotten back on the bike.
started out doing 10 mile rides, then did a 20 mile ride, last week i did a 30 mile ride, and yesterday i did 41.6 miles. (but not all at one time, had to be mom, get up and do laundry and fix dinner, etc...but did 41.6 miles in the afternoon)
i am hoping to loose weight and gain endurance...for maybe future hiking trips?

I had another 23 mile ride......could have gone longer, but ran out of time.
I need to find time to do a 50 miler.....to stay on my goal, that should happen today or tomorrow....
