I started riding the exercise bike......working toward a personal goal in the next 10 weeks....... completed a 30 mile (indoor exercise bike) ride last night. 110 minutes.
the biggest problem is drinking water while riding, and then being close to finishing, but having to use the restroom.....
the wtg was so easy to put on......

YES. At my age, the weight goes on much easier than taking it off.
I joined the gym @ my husband's work place. Cheapest place in town. Not the fanciest, but I am liking it. I get 12 or 15 personal training sessions & I've started taking advantage of this.
I have myself set up to go in Monday - Friday. It's a lofty goal, but I know me ... if I don't do this ... I'll slough off & before you know it, it'll have been days since I was last there.
So .... I'm dragging myself in. He works me HARD. Friday I walked the treadmill with an incline of 7 for 60 min, @ 3.3 speed. One of the days I was there he had me warm up on the treadmill, then I did squats & crunches for a good 30-40 min., on a rotation.
I think the hardest yet was 2 min on the rowing machine & 2 min. on the ski machine .. for five repeats. No weight loss yet, though I'm more concerned about becoming stronger.
