Did you miss me? ? LOL! I had a Frontier-induced hiatus from the Internet! ( remember the saga started in November… We ordered just an increase in speed …I have logged more than 7 hours of gut-wrenching , tear-provoking, palpitation inducing conversation with the customer service reps who we're not at all helpful, saying someone would be out, no one showed 3 separate days) someone came out the day BEFORE a scheduled service date, then did not come out the next day… or the next, even though they assured me they would be out… Anyway , i have 6 pages of notes, dates , names, what was discussed, etc…. Too much to explain…. But after a 2.5 hr visit from a very kind service repairman, I am now back online! DD can now enjoy her break, taking her winter online course at home rather than 5 hrs/ day at the library, like she did today… Boys can now do their assignments rather than trying to do them during study at school.. And I can pay my bills online again ( though I still get paper bill statements as a backup plan! Good thing!) All I can say is Frontier is a nightmare to deal with. To say the very least! SO now that I am back, I have to say I missed all of you!!!! Hope all of your Christmas planning and preparations are coming along!

We are hoping to get out from under the Frontier yoke January 9th. That's the earliest an alternative company can come out here and get us set up.

It still blows my mind that in this age of social media companies still have bad customer support. Will you try to get compensed for all this hassle?

I remember when local service changed from Verizon to Frontier when we were in Pullman. I remember Verizon's customer service being...well, virtually non-existant. We weren't under Frontier that long before we moved and I didn't remember how they were. But you're experience is reminding me that they weren't any better than Verizon. We have Century Link (formerly Qwest) now. They are better. But we had major issue with them when we first moved into this house. (Mistake on THEIR end led to them saying we would have no PHONE service for something like 1 or 2 weeks - NOT acceptable when I was 7 months pregnant, alone with a toddler all day and had no cell phone. They did get it resolved thankfully.) Anyway, didn't mean to make this about me. Glad they finally got everything fixed and you are back!!
